Our team will then assist you with checking availability, discussing pricing, and finalizing the booking. A deposit is typically required to secure your reservation.

The rental fee varies depending on the location and the specific needs of your project. Generally, the fee includes access to the location for the agreed-upon time, basic utilities (electricity, water, and heating/cooling), and on-site support from our location managers. Additional services, such as equipment rentals, cleaning services, and security, may be available for an additional fee.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the rental date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the rental date are non-refundable.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
