What is Urban Escapes?
Urban Escapes is Chicago's leading location scouting and management agency. We connect creative professionals and event planners with unique and inspiring spaces throughout the city, ranging from industrial warehouses in Pilsen to luxurious rooftop terraces overlooking downtown. Founded by Amelia Rossi, a local Chicago photographer, we've been helping clients bring their visions to life since 2010.

Rental Process
How do I book a location?
To book a location, start by browsing our available properties on our
Locations page. Once you find a location that interests you, you can submit an inquiry through the location's page, or contact us directly at (312) 555-2222. Our team will then assist you with checking availability, discussing pricing, and finalizing the booking. A deposit is typically required to secure your reservation.
What is included in the rental fee?
The rental fee varies depending on the location and the specific needs of your project. Generally, the fee includes access to the location for the agreed-upon time, basic utilities (electricity, water, and heating/cooling), and on-site support from our location managers. Additional services, such as equipment rentals, cleaning services, and security, may be available for an additional fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days prior to the rental date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the rental date are non-refundable.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
